After discussing what your body is presenting, I will do specific Bowen moves to assist in releasing those areas.

Some of these will be Basic Body Balance (BBB) and may also include more specific moves tailored to what your body requires.

This is for RETURN visits now that I know you and your body a little better.

This session focuses on restoring balance through the Basic Bowen Balance sequence.

It is ideal for those wanting a structured Bowen approach that supports the nervous system and whole-body balance.

Basic Bowen Balance (BBB) – Standard Consult

A follow-up BBB session tailored to how your body has responded to previous treatments.

Focuses on maintaining balance and addressing any new or ongoing concerns.

Duration: 45 minutes
